| Meet
Dave. He's not as ugly as he looks.
Dave is a maths lecturer, which
may surprise you because he doesn't look the slightest
bit intelligent.
He spends most of his day playing Online Quake and
talkin to strange wimmin on the internet.
He enjoys blowing up his collection of inflatable
insects, which he swears is a relevant part of his
job. He often throws sweets to his students to test
whether they are awake or not.
Be warned, this is what happens if you send me a
picture and don't write your own write-up. He's
lucky I never told you all about the time when..... |

Marko
and Rudi shake hands on the deal to swap places
for a year.
Marko will get fame and fortune and Rudi will get to stand
in the front row at a Scorps gig.
Everybody wins.

HANS is called HANS because.....
well, there is a clue in the picture....
Hi this is Hans, from that great town of Chicago.
I have been a fan of the band since 1977 when I
was introduced to the Lights Out album.
Isn't this internet thing cool?
I am an accountant and damn proud of it.
If only I hadn't failed in my first profession.....
there just aren't enough gynecologists in the world.
I just didn't know you had to get a doctorate to
practice.

Ed,
in his Lights Out overalls
I am Edward Glasser, born in Chicago
IL., but grew up in El Paso, Tx. Currently residing
in Tokyo, Japan. (It is a long story).
I am 37 years old and been listening to UFO and Schenker
since mid 70s. I currently work at Yokota AB, Japan.
Our government will hire anyone, haha...
My favorite things to do - listen to hard rock. drink
beer, go to concerts and play softball. Looking forward,
to seeing UFO or MS in Japan soon. I`d list my favorite
bands, but there are too many. |

LEE
JONES, pictured here on the
right, met up with Michael
in Tamworth in 2008.
This
photo was taken just after Lee confessed to Michael
about
a few little white lies which he'd posted in the
SITN chatgroup
some
years earlier.....
Luckily for Lee, Michael saw the funny side of it,
so it was smiles all round and a thumbs-up from
Lee.

CHRISTOPHER from
Birmingham, Alabama
Christopher poses in front of his stack like a professional
'amps and valves' man - but he has a Gibson Flying
V, so he can't be all bad.
His band is called George and the G-Men.
(I'm guessing that G is for 'gorgeous')

Jolly Joel recites the alphabet
whilst perched on the knee
of Tom Araya of Slayer.
He reached 'F' just as that pint slipped out
of his hand.

Beam me up, Scotty
Hello World! My name is Scott Kugler.
I am 37 years old and call Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
USA home. I caught the UFO bug by hearing a cover
band do their rendition of "Too Hot to Handle" in
the early 80's and loved the song. Went to the record
store and got the real thing and have been hooked
ever since. Some of my other favorites besides the
UFO family tree are Black Sabbath, Thin Lizzy, Riot,
YandT, and Oasis, to name just a few. I work for
a telecommunications company that is based in Coventry,
England (Marconi Communications) as a Technical
Support Engineer but our US headquarters is here
in Pittsburgh. Although I am a Yank, I love British
comedy. I also am a huge sports fan. Baseball, football,
golf, and hockey are my favorites. I've been playing
guitar for 20 years and favorite guitarists include
MS, Uli, Joe Satriani, Eddie Van Halen, Ronnie Montrose,
and Paul Gilbert. I also listen to our friend Mark
Madden's sports radio show everyday. (Don't hold
that aggin' me). I'm single, never married, no kids.

| Conrad
wants to make it quite clear that he is NOT lookin
for romance
Conrad was born in West Wales in 1968. He is married to
Gail and has 4 kids (there aint much to do in Wales).
He moved to Swindon, England last year, and his
work is some really boring job which has to do with
databases and SQL statements and all that stuff.
He goes to see loads of bands - and most of them
actually turn up and play the gig.
Here is a picture of him on a recent trip to America.
He is in a toy shop trying on Harry Potter glasses,
which he says were for his children - but then he
would say that, wouldn't he. |

I've been a Schenker/UFO/MSG fan before I even was born.

born in the summer of -68. I have a little son,

that no-one in SITN is allowed to be more gorgeous
than Batttttty is.

Young
Michael (sitting here in the main man's chair) heard
news of the 1993 reunion in Germany and immediately
booked non-refundable tickets from Newark, NJ to land
in Frankfurt in Germany and take it from there….
Michael says...
"This photo, snapped in Nurnberg, Germany on
23rd December 1993 was in the Resi Halle dressing
room, just before the gig. Pete Way graciously
granted an interview which was published in the very
first edition of “Misty Green and Blue” and later,
in “Shoot out the Lights”. The show was worth
the flight!!! Amazing reunion - knew it could
not last forever!!! "
